Today’s plant-based journey comes from Marjorie Leon who holds a Master’s degree in psychology, is a doctoral candidate in psychology, and is studying obesity and cognition in women.  She has been plant-based for almost 11 years and teaches her community to approach the WFPB lifestyle both in mindset as well as hands-on cooking. Marjorie Leon studied with some terrific mentors, covering nutrition, physiology, habits, and mindset.
