Around six years ago, having struggled with her own weight for years, she found a love for helping others better their lives.
However, it wasn’t until going through her own health issues that she realised that health and well-being stemmed much further from just having a healthy body, but also a healthy mind.
Today, she works with a wide range of clients to help better their lives and focuses on lifestyle; including sleep, nutrition and building lifelong habits.
