A sudden urge or need to cry hit me. I’ve been told several times that I need to cry, scream and let go. Today was the day I gave in. I embraced the feeling. You may think I gave in to a depressed thought or moment. But I really gave in to a fresh start. In order to do that, I had to release and let go. Truly long overdue.
