This week was physically exhausting; the migraines returned and took over for a few days. So much stuff happened this week, but I can honestly say this was the first time in a while that I felt up, on the emotional side.
In turn, it made the household better, it’s a daily goal to fill myself then give from the overflow. Though it is difficult to get to that point, it is important we get there. The goal of this session is to help understand the importance of giving only from what is extra. You will feel a void and feel bad at first because that’s how we are all raised. It will take you some time to understand why it is important to set your own table, but the wait is well worth it.
I hope this session will encourage you to soul search and come to the best reality for YOU, and no one else. There is so much light, find it and get to it.
