Improvisation with my ever evolving Chaos Conductor MAX/MSP patch using various field recordings. In this session:

- A creaking door (pitched up)

- A sample from Wham! (very much pitched down and reversed)

- Birds in Portaferry, Ireland

- A train compressor

- A drop falling in a fountain in the palace of Queluz near Lisbon, Portugal

- Claps reverberating in narrow stairs near the Pont du Gard in France

The performance is an impromptu improvisation while designing the new version of the patch. The bassy sound from the beginning of the recording was so cool I had to record.

Skip to the second half for more variety, I just couldn’t cut out the digital rumbles and glitches.
