In this episode, the two Matts raid what seems to be an ancient tomb but might end up being something far more mundane, go on tangents about segues and how some of us nail them and others of us steal their thunder, get a little too personal and intimate about our relationship, and talk about overly beloved characters in the next of our set about Mary Sue-ish characters that were not calling Mary Sues because that term has been coopted by incels and can be any gender or race despite what said incels tell you. What makes a character too beloved? Does every other character have to love this one for a character to be too beloved? Is a character like this worth saving or even possible to save?
