Having guests over can create disruptions to our regular daily routines but can also be rewarding and memorable experiences. With some mindful preparation ahead of time, hosting both minor and major house guests  (Nico's fun way of describing them) can be an enjoyable experience.  

In this episode Nico discusses how to set boundaries and make sure your guests feel comfortable, ways to establish rules ahead of time, and tips to a better experience ; like do a thorough cleaning before their arrival and have a designated spot prepared!

 Additionally, Nico chats about ways to plan food ahead, delegate tasks when needed, and provide a list of activities for them to do.   Guests are a blessing when you feel prepared!
