Six hours went by with no play (thanks rain) before 25.1 overs were squeezed in at the very end of day three in Leeds. Travis Head channelled his inner Ben Stokes to give Australia a shot at an early Ashes wrap-up but the visitors couldn't find the breakthrough before play ended at 7:30pm. In terms of players playing their 100th Tests together, it’s far more common than we assumed!  Mike Atherton and Alex Stewart did so in 2000, Shaun Pollock, Jacques Kallis and Stephen Fleming did in the same match in 2006, and Michael Clarke and Alastair Cook also reached 100 in the Perth Test of 2013-14!
