Ladies welcome!  I am Tanika, The $100K Challenge Chick, and my mission is to challenge you and equip you on your journey to your first/next $100k in business.  It is unacceptable to me that only 18% of female entrepreneurs gross over $100k per year in their businesses.  I intend to help half a million women just like you shatter the $100k barrier in their business.

I've been a business owner for over 13 years and had the pleasure to growing that company to employing over 100 people.  That may sound glamourous but truthfully it was HARD.  There were so many times I wanted to quit, there were so many times I worked and missed milestones in my kids life that I wondered was it worth it.  Then, I decided there had to be a way I could run a successful company, be a great mom, and a wife my husband was excited about.  I decided that if God gave me this dream to be a business owner then there must be a way for me to have it ALL.

Ladies, that took me on a journey and taught me so many lessons.  I now run a successful business, I am present at all the moments in my kids life and my relationship is the best its ever been.  I want you to know you can have this too.  I am going to share with you what I have learned here on my Win The Day podcast.  I record these live on Facebook and then share it here with you.
