Greg graduated from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where he was a student athlete on the Cross Country and Track teams. Greg is FMT Rocktape Certified and an RRCA Certified Coach. He remains a competitive runner in the New York area and can be seen running on the city streets day or night.
Greg founded Streets 101, a team on a mission to bring runners of all abilities together.Greg sees the untapped potential in every athlete and client. He works tirelessly, continuously tailoring individual training plans to help every runner achieve their goals.
