Sharline Chiang is part of the team at Democracy in Color, a political media organization that focuses on politics with a race-conscious lens. The organization was founded by NY Times bestselling author of Brown Is the New White, Steve Phillips. Sharline is the co-host of “Democracy in Color with Steve Phillips” and occasionally writes for the Democracy in Color newsletter. She will help us see the effects of overturning Roe.  Her view is that overturning Roe will not result in an end to abortions, because girls, women, and individuals with uteruses across the country will continue to terminate pregnancies for a myriad of personal reasons
