Today I look at how, while there are many positives to being dyslexic, those old negative thought patterns and beliefs can still catch me out.
Those moments where you have double booked, forgotten something or like me think you have more time than you do.
They still happen, but it is how we react to it, that is the real key to being confident and capable.
This week I share how I did feel bad about a mix up with time management and how immediately I blamed myself, I took on the guilt and went straight into the old critiquing voice in my head.
Thankfully, now, I don’t do this too often - but I did want to share that even though I fully believe and know being dyslexic is amazing - it’s not always a bed of roses!
