When a decision keeps looping in your mind — the school choice, the hard conversation, the family rhythm that never quite sticks — Anna walks listeners through a live coaching session designed to bring real clarity, not just more to-do's. • Long-term care insurance is best secured in your 50s; Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) are an alternative for guaranteed lifetime care.

Brook shares her own journey out of "toxic wellness culture" (28 supplements and all), unpacks the Hebrew concepts of sark and soma to show why your body isn't your enemy, and offers a simple, Spirit-led practice for building real trust with the body God gave you. This is a Christian life coaching conversation about stewardship, peace over pressure, and remembering that the God who formed you also indwells you. He's not asking you to earn your health through striving.

• Your body was designed by God with wisdom and intelligence. It isn't something to hack, control, or be at war with, but something to be honored as His image-bearing masterpiece.

• "Toxic wellness culture" can quietly become its own form of idolatry, pulling us into obsession, control, and self-worship instead of trust in the Lord.

• The enemy of your peace often isn't the supplement or the workout itself. It's forum-shopping outside voices instead of anchoring first in the Lord and in your own body's God-given wisdom.

• Gratitude, even on the hard, achy, no-good-sleep days, is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to steward the body God entrusted to you.

• Most relationship conflict isn't a love deficit; it's a love language mismatch, where both people are actually showing love, just in different dialects.

• Listening to your recurring arguments is one of the fastest ways to uncover someone's love language, because conflict often reveals what people feel is missing.

• The instinct to make others understand us keeps us turned inward. The deeper invitation is to turn outward and learn to hear how others already express love.

• Acts of service, words of affirmation, quality time, physical touch, and gifts are rarely one-size-fits-all. The same category can look completely different from person to person.

• With children, love languages often show up as behavior before they show up as words. Watch for what calms them down, not just what they ask for.

• Sometimes a "prickly" or resistant child is actually testing whether you'll reach for them, especially if physical touch is their language.

• Charity, that self-emptying, sacrificial love modeled by Christ all the way to the cross, is a richer word than "love," which has been diluted by overuse.

• Because we are already fully known and fully justified through the cross, we don't have to fight to be understood or proven right in every conflict.

• Choosing to meet someone in their love language, even when it doesn't come naturally to you, softens hearts and stewards the relationship well.

• Personality frameworks like Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, and DISC are valuable tools for understanding people, but they were never meant to become silos where we expect others to enter in order to know us

Doug shares practical, no-shame strategies for building the kind of relationship where your child comes to you first — plus why the car, the woods, and unplugged family time might be your best parenting tools yet.

• Parents must stay aware of what kids are exposed to — apps that disguise themselves (like fake calculator apps), gaming chat features (Roblox, Discord), and even "safe" apps can be misused
