Austin, Texas — The Texas Legacy Support Network (TLSN) is proud to welcome former University of Texas basketball standout Ovie Dotson as one of 23 celebrity “Legends” leading a foursome at the inaugural TLSN Legends Golf Classic, Presented by Beth Coblentz, Keller Williams Metropolitan – Longhorn Excellence in Houston Real Estate and Beyond, set for September 15, 2025, at Great Hills Country Club. Dotson played a vital role on the historic 1977–78 Longhorns team that captured both the Southwest Conference Championship and the National Invitation Tournament (NIT) title under Coach Abe Lemons. Following his college career, Dotson took his talents to the global stage as a featured player with the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters, dazzling crowds with his dynamic style and showmanship.
