Owen is the driving force behind Elite Players Academy. As Head Coach, he leads every academy and community session with unmatched energy and a passion for developing top-level talent. Before stepping into coaching, Owen lived the game—coming through multiple UK academies, playing professionally in Spain, and competing semi-professionally across England. That journey fuels everything he brings to the pitch today. Alongside his coaching role, Owen is also part of the recruitment team at Reading FC, giving him a sharp eye for emerging talent and what it truly takes to break through in the modern game.
