Owen Hart was the youngest son in the Hart Family and he was sensational in terms of his wrestling, Owen was infact the real deal within months of his debut in the WWE. His match with Bret Hart (his brother) at Wrestlemania 10 is considered one of the best matches ever. 

Then the Over the Edge Pay Per View happened in 1997. Owen Hart passed away when he fell from 70 feet to the ring when he making his entrance.   Why did the WWE did not make it safe for Owen? Was Owen forced to do this? Owen Hart Family has made sure that Owen Hart's Name is not taken in WWE, but the biggest question is Could it have been avoided?
