We often look at leaders and think we need to emulate them. 

However we also feel fear, scared, timid, unsure about stepping into leadership because we think we need to be just like them. 

The truth is, you will be magnetizing when you harness YOUR greatest strengths. 

To be an authentic leader that you need to hone in on what you are great at, and then work on bridging the gap for the other qualities you see in a great leader.
