Legal personhood has granted 200M+ corporations worldwide incredible power. Can the same be done for Nature? In this episode, Reggie Luedtke, Edmund Hillary Global Impact Fellow of New Zealand, speaks with host Julian Guderley, creator of the BluePlanet GreenPlanet podcast. Reggie shares details and his journey regarding the legal personhood of a river and a mountain. How collaboration to protect nature from the the actions of humans and other legal persons such as corporations, suddenly becomes possible.
