This week, Rachael chats to Dan who runs his own successful video production company called DMB films which was an award winner in the 2020 Media Innovator Awards. After a career pivot where he spent 10 years working in the corporate world for FTSE 100 companies, Dan decided to gamble and pursue something he was passionate about. We touch on how Dan has been able to take what he learnt from his corporate roles to be successful running his own business, how just like Dan you don’t need to do a degree in film production to be successful and what Dan wished he’d known before about the realities of video production.
