This reflection ends with a conversation about knowing and owning your truth especially when contending with competing forces in the outer world. Along the way, I talk about four themes: 1) responding to an invitation from my unhealthy father; 2) sociology content parked and then resurrected ; 3) merging my two podcasts (and my two worlds) ; and 4) controlling the sensory world.
