In this episode, I speak with Nigerian-based 3D artist Owo Anietie about his NFT project Afrodriods, which is one of the biggest NFT projects from Africa.
He shares the central idea behind Afrodroids being an android which is part machine and part human that houses the human consciousness. The droids live in a dystopian world set in the year 3045 where there are no humans on earth. Owo created over 12,000 unique pieces for his project which sold out in under 11 minutes when it was released.
