An exploratory journey into all the things that feed us. What feeds our bellies, feeds our minds and our souls? And how are they all connected? We focus on environmental health and how that contributes down the path from our farms, foods and individual health. This series is partnered with my children's cook book series, The 9 Lives of Charlie the Chicken Mushroom. An adventure series complete with kid friendly recipes. I believe healthy habits start young and encourage kids to gain nutrition through variety.
