After several years of planning and construction, the Oxford North development, situated to the north of Oxford (QED), adjacent to the A34 and Oxford ring road, has rapidly become one of the most talked about and significant real estate developments to be completed in Oxfordshire and the South East UK.  

Billed as an Innovation District and not JASP (Just Another Science Park), Simon and his team are creating a million sq ft of labs and workspaces, 480 homes, and three new public parks. The first phase is now open, and we will welcome our first occupiers in 2026.
