Tonight we talked about pregnancy protocols in relation to specific exercises (Elephant, Arabesque, Jackrabbit).  We also discussed feeling like you don't know what you are doing when you first start and what being passionate about teaching really means.  Also, Pilates on Tour is coming to Phoenix!  We discussed what is included and what you'll get out of it.
