Presidents' Athletic Conference Commissioner Joe Onderko joins to discuss Saint Francis moving to Division III. Joe believes Saint Francis will be the first of multiple schools to make this sort of a move. Joe also has hope that the PAC can have 12 football teams among two divisions, and have a conference championship game.
