Founded by professional running coach, Rene Unser, whom retired as a full time fitness director after 22yrs, to follow her growing passion to coach the sport of ultra running full time... for which she has been enjoying since 2005.
Known for her personalized approach, years of experience and unique coaching techniques, Rene helps lead athletes to compete, participate and achieve top results in events of varying distances. In 2012, Rene launched her first trail running race in what has now become one of BC's most favorable trail events.
