This week's special guest is Katherine Goulder who is one of parkrun’s Outreach Ambassadors for Multiple Sclerosis. She tells Vassos and Louise about how parkrun quickly became part of her Saturday routine, why it's now so important to her and all about the MS Trust takeover of Letchworth parkrun next month. Louise continues to educate us on parkrun niches and Vassos shares his experience as a pacer.
