Life is full of change. Transition, simply put, means change. Wherever we are in life, we are never really settled. Our minds wander, and we are always thinking “what’s next?” I recently packed me and my fam's bags up for a week long trip getting us ready for what was next. I'm a planner by nature and just when I thought I had everything figured out fool proof for the trip one one day we had a change of plans. Maybe you to have asked yourself now- what's next. In this episode we discover as we look in the mirror of our own reflection we tend to stand there until things look better.
