December is a busy month for college wrestling zig-zagging across the U.S. with some of the best action of the season. On episode No. 115 of the the #PackMentality Pop-Ins Podcast, host Brian Reinhardt and NC State head coach Pat Popolizio recap a very success trip to Las Vegas for the annual Cliff Keen Invite.

The Pack now turns its attention back to dual season, as #2 NC State will head to Nashville for the Collegiate Wrestling Duals. There will be three duals on Tuesday, Dec. 19 vs. Lock Haven, #16 Northern Iowa and #5 Ohio State.
