Not only do you get a very cool watch made from 316L stainless steel, you are also getting the world’s most popular automatic movement of Seiko NH35A with a 41 hour power reserve, a sapphire crystal, a 120 click uni-directional rotating ceramic bezel, 100m water resistance and an open display mineral glass case-back.   

Yes it's a 43.5mm wide case, but due to the relatively short length, it really wears like a 42mm.
