Listen Later

Six people were hurt after a fight between rival biker gangs erupted into gunfire at a Wawa in Montgomery County last year, prosecutors said as testimony began Monday in the trial of three men charged in the case.

The shooting happened just after 9 p.m. at a Wawa on West Main Street in West Norriton Township on Oct. 17, 2025.

Prosecutors said two members of the Unknown Bikers Outlaw Motorcycle Gang from Allentown were getting gas when they were approached and surrounded by members of the Pagan's Motorcycle Club.

Investigators said a fight broke out before shots were fired, leaving members of both groups and bystanders wounded.

The entire incident was captured on surveillance videos as it took over the store's parking lot.

Joel Hernandez-Martinez, 36, George Cwienk III, 51, and Justin Noll, 34, are all charged in connection with the shooting.

Hernandez-Martinez and Cwienk appeared in court Monday escorted by deputies and opted for a bench trial

Noll was not in custody because he is still receiving treatment for injuries he suffered in the shooting.

One of the six people who was shot testified Monday despite initially refusing to take the stand.

The man, identified as a member of the Unknown Bikers Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, told the court he only appeared after a judge ordered him to testify.

Defense attorneys fought to block the man from testifying. He told the judge he did not want to be in court and said police arrested him Friday to compel his appearance.
