Page Kennedy's journey to Hollywood began in the Midwest, when his extraordinary potential was found at Western Michigan University. Prior to joining the greatest school for theatre in Michigan, Page's career was not at all centred on acting, since his father, a physician, pushed him to pursue a career in medicine, but he wanted to attend school for football. Page was born in Detroit and lived with his mother in Los Angeles until the age of six. He returned to Detroit to live with his father, who passed away when Page was 16 years old. Page has been on his own since the loss of his father, but he has fulfilled his father's wish for his only son to attend college. Page was first exposed to the world of Shakespeare at Western Michigan University. Page embraced Shakespeare with open arms and mastered the beautiful skill of Shakespearean language with ease and elegance due to the influence of a teacher. An exceptional performance at Western Michigan University sparked a bidding war among seventeen graduate theatre schools, and he picked the University of Delaware, which allowed him to focus on Shakespeare. Page returned to Los Angeles after seven months of hard training in Delaware, this time with a headshot and a dream. Through an unorthodox audition, he earned his first part as Roger on The Kennedys (2001) by sneaking into Sony's studios as a courier and delivering his photo and résumé.
