Newly crowned Mrs. America April Lufriu is not your typically beauty queen.  She is a multitasking 42 year old mother of three, wife, business owner, dental hygienist, and model who advocates tirelessly for the visually impaired.  She is also the President for the Tampa Bay Chapter for the Foundation Fighting Blindness.  She wears many hats as well as a tiara.
