Miss Florida 2014 Victoria Cowen beautifully represented the Sunshine State at the Miss America pageant by placing third runner up.  With grace and dignity, she answered the onstage question by tying in her platform One Chance, One Choice.  Her exquisite lyrical dance in the talent portion of the competition put her in contention for a top placement.  And her evening gown was a perfect choice to make her look pratically angelic on the Miss America stage.
