Hello brethren, in this episode we venture into what it means for the traditional figure of the priest not to defile himself with or by association with the dead - even his own relatives. This principal truth transposes into the new testament servant of God, whereby defilement is no longer to do with association with the physical death, but now spiritual. This begs the question, are we as servants of Christ still influenced by our folks of the same blood to the point where we turn a little to the left and a little to the right, and miss the mark of looking only straight to Jesus from time to time?
