  • coming soon—pages torn out

I've been writing my way through life for as long as I can remember. I was that girl sitting in her room writing angsty poems, songs about the hard parts of growing up, and filling journal after journal with my thoughts and feelings. Writing has always been an outlet for me, and since I'm not cool enough to have an animated alter ego like Lizzie McGuire, I decided to start a podcast.  Some people go to therapy, I just create my own.

I'm a millennial mom just figuring out life. Raising my two favorite tiny humans, homeschooling, figuring out myself and my faith and—dare I say—my interests, navigating health and wellness, with a side of working from home during nap time. It's a lot. It's always a lot.

Honestly, I think the phrase, "wearing a lot of hats”, was made about me. So I traded my composition notebook for a microphone and decided to share the pages I probably would've torn out and tossed.

We're talking hard-won healing, relearning myself, random musings about whatever I've stumbled across on the internet, and life outside of it, because we could all stand to touch grass a little more. Maybe you're listening to this while touching grass right now. In which case, look at you—thriving!

Welcome to Pages Torn Out. Sometimes I have a point, and I always hope I can help someone, but mostly, I'm just here for a good time. This is a space where I don't have to fit in a box or follow the rules or pretend I've got it all figured out. It’s just me, sharing whatever the hell I want.  Let's do this.
