There are 2 gardens mentioned in Scripture – Genesis 3:16-19 (Garden of Eden) and Gethsemane (Mark 14:32-36) where PAIN WAS MANIFEST. Pain presents us with choices –1. Do we get bitter and allow the pain to cloud our faith or 2. Do we turn to God in our pain and offer it up to Him and move forward with our livesJesus chose the second option – and as a consequence by His death on the cross atoned for the sin of all mankind. He found purpose in pain and we should too.God doesn’t always explain the whys of our life experiences but when we live for a higher purpose one day we will have all our answers.
