Killer Story

This next installment in the Miss Hyde Series, Pain-Killer, is ever so good. This one takes place shortly after the first one. Blythe is trying to get a better hold on her darker side and keep her in check. She is still reeling from the last time that Hyde came out to play â Blythe really had liked the guy.

Problems arise when a young artist is introduced to Blythe for the gallery. This artist seems to be painting what seems to be the life of Blythe & Hyde in all her bloody glory. Who is this artist? How can she know so much about her and be putting it to canvas?

Can Blythe get out of the very bad situation without the help of Hyde? Have the tables been turned on her? Should she let Hyde into her life more or will that only be handing over the reins and never be able to gain control back?

A great story

Pain-KIller by Kindra Sower was a great read and very suspenseful. I love every minute of it. I was at edge of my seat. Sower is a great author who can grab you by the shoulders and easily walk you down the street, but you have no idea what she will lead you to, and that's a great and terrifying at the same time.

I would definitely recommand this story.

Blythe is doing her best to fight off the evil inside of her. Will Hyde get the upper hand? Hyde has increased the creep factor in this second installment! And what of this stranger that somehow knows what Blythe/Hyde have been up to? Can we consider them friend or foe? The suspense is delicious!

The author is genuinely skilled at keeping her readers enthralled to the point they canât put the book down. At this juncture I must say Iâm left with more questions than answers, but itâs all good since the series does continue! This novella picking up right where the last left off is outstanding. The character growth Iâve witnessed thus far is exemplary.

This is not my first novella by Kindra Sowder and it won't be the last. I absolutely recommend one-clicking this novella. I can't wait to read the next in series!
