In this episode, we discuss obstacle courses in general and the benefits of that type of training.  We also talk about how to do the work task of painting an obstacle and the step needed to make them safe and eye catching for the kids.  Lastly, we talk about the "side to side" motion used in painting for our martial art practice doing techniques that simulate that motion in special drills at home.
