After years of denial, Pakistan has named terrorist Dawood Ibrahim as a resident of Pakistan and included him in the list of terrorists on whom financial sanctions have been imposed. But despite the admission, the question remains - will Pakistan follow up or is this just an eyewash to appease the global terror funding watchdog Financial Action Task Force (FATF)?
