This week, we had these palate cleansers:
- Soda Water (or Mineral Water)
- Plain, unsalted crackers
- A nip of Calvados
- A tart apple (in this case, a Granny Smith Apple)
- Lemon Sorbet
- Japanese Style Pickled Ginger
