Our guest today is Olivia Melo, who is the Director of City Libraries for the City of New Bedford, MA. She talks about the Casa da Saudade Branch, which is the only Portuguese public library in the United States. The library also has a Bookmobile program, in addition to books, it will deliver materials and other services to patrons who cannot visit the library, such as those who are homebound, have mobility challenges, or live in senior housing or similar residential facilities.
