This presentation follows the purpose of the Church described by Paul in his letter to believers in Ephesus.  The pale blue dot is the Earth as observed from deep space.  But this Earth is also a Stage upon which God's manifold wisdom is declared to the angelic hosts through the Church of the Lord Jesus -- through transformed lives of redeemed humanity.
