In episode 3, Ian, Dr Sarah Kelt, Dr Alice Holt and Kim Selby talk through recognising the signs of a dying person in the emergency department. They discuss symptoms that patients may experience and briefly touch on how to treat them. They also talk about the local services available in the trust where they work and innovations that have been created since the beginning of the current pandemic.
