On Butterflies of Wisdom today, Best-Selling Author, Win Kelly Charles and Juan Carlos Gill welcomes Pam Drzewiecki. Pam started her business career in the insurance industry in 1987 as a pool secretary and moved through the ranks to being the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Marketing for one of the most successful practices in the company with over 1 billion dollars of insurance in force. Even though she was extremely successful, she felt a calling to do more. Through her own discovery journey, and life experiences a desire to create a business where women were nurtured was what she wanted to develop. This is why Powerful Purpose was started. I love being an advocate for professional women. My business consists of coaching 1:1, helping draw up and market small businesses owned by women, self-discovery workshops, speaking and radio. Pam guides her clients in designing a roadmap for success while learning boundaries, real desires and "why" and "how" they will get to the next level. She is currently working on finishing up her first book.  It is a guide to help people grow and learn more about themselves - 30-day self-discovery inspirations. Stay tuned in the Fall to when it will be titled and published. Powerful Purpose loves giving back too. Last year I started a collection of gently used purses. I put out a call for all women who had one laying around (you know we all do) and asked them to fill it with the desired items they would find in their own purse. The drive was called “Fill the Purse for Purpose”. It started out to raise 8 purses and help one charity and it I ended up helping 4 charities with 80 purses! This is the give back part of my new company that is so important! She is also a wife to her husband, Michael and mom of 3 to Sean, Darci and Raygan. In those children, she and Michael have an amazing blended family right down to the pets, including; One dog Ziggy and two cats - Milo and Hobie.  Pam’s work is truly important to her lifestyle of juggling many hats that women have to wear – creating systems around time management, goal achievement, and work life balance is truly her passion.
