Pamela Smart’s trial was the first one in U.S. history to be aired completely on television and many people remember it because of the sensationalism and the movie, To Die For, which is loosely based on the murder of Gregg Smart. In this episode, Alysa talks about the case in which high school students murder Gregg because, they say, Pam asked her teenage lover, Billy Flynn, to do so.
