A wet afternoon walk in the Scottish Borders takes a surreal turn when Aric Voss, a weary, wandering creative, stumbles across what he assumes is a man in a panda suit. It isn’t. It’s Sergeant Remus, a genetically‑engineered War Panda from the Deadheart Realm, accidentally crash‑landed on Earth after a disastrous drop‑pod mission.

As Aric tries to make sense of the impossible, Remus reveals his origins, his creators (the unsettling XTylos), and his long drift through space before gravity dumped him in a muddy field in Scotland. Aric brings the seven‑foot armoured panda home where Remus quietly begins rebuilding tech from his wrecked pod.

Within weeks, Remus unveils his creation: Mc.Wordy, a hyper‑verbal, over‑confident AGI built from pod components and Aric’s old computers. Wordy immediately hacks half of Aric’s life, reorganises his finances, and decides they’re starting a podcast.

Episode One is the beginning of an unlikely household: a human, a War Panda, a chatty robot, and a very unimpressed cat and the start of a story where biscuits, intergalactic politics, and existential confusion collide.
