We hate to admit it but Covid-19 has pretty much infiltrated most of our conversations - personal, corporate or otherwise. As the pandemic drags on, the initial fear or novelty of working from home and extra family time would have started to wear off by now. In fact, the word “new normal” is not new any more.
Pandemic fatigue is real and we need to recognise it in order to overcome it. It’s like running a marathon, and some of us have “hit the wall.” It is hard to pace ourselves when we don't know the endpoint.
So how do we thrive and not just survive? What do we do when we hit the next low?
