A pandemic adds significant stress to the already stressful, tough job of parenting. Children absorb parents' stress and feel stressed, anxious or defiant themselves. 

Myself and Dr Sandy Gluckman, a behavior and parenting specialist, are guiding parents through several meditations and visualizations to release stress and learn how to meditate.

Meditation is an ancient mind-body technique and the perfect antidote to stress for modern times. Anyone can learn how to meditate. No equipment required, just a quiet space and the willingness to sit down for few minutes every day, to calm down the nervous system.
