Although they had no prior bakery experience, Andrew & Alix Ambriz bought Sehnert's Bakery during the pandemic. Sehnert's Bakery has lived the motto "something familiar with a twist" for 500 years and the couple's vision for years to come is full of life.

"When things happen in that bakery whether its a concert or a wedding reception or people reconnecting after 20 years, there's some residual magic from those conversations and those events that creep into the corners of the building. And that's what we want to bottle up and accentuate and bring into every aspect of the business in hopes that it can continue to spill out into the rest of the community," says Andrew.
